California 300 Exhibitor Registration

The California 300 is a new world-class off-road desert race built not only to showcase the best off-road racers in the world, but also the great companies, brands and industry minds. The California 300 Off-Road Festival is moving to Barstow Main viewing area. Space will be reserved for exhibitors along the California 300 race course, giving your brand access to all of people watching the race at our prime viewing area.

This CA300 Off-Road Festival is expected to attract thousands of Southern California off-road enthusiasts will feature a desert cleanup, multiple days of pre-running, a public poker run, an off-road festival, and two days of spectacular off-road racing on a fast, technical and punishing 75-mile race course.

NEW Midway Location:  The Start/Finish Line will be moving to our prime spectating area at Barstow Main.  Exhibitor spots will be lined along the race course, allow fans to watch the race from your booths.  

Exhibitor Placement:  Exhibitors will be placed along the race course in the order in which they register for space.  Event sponsors will receive priority placement.   If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of the event, please contact Jimi Switzer or Matt Martelli for more information.  

How to register for booth space:

  1. The person registering your company for exhibitor space first needs to create a free UNLTD Off-Road Racing account on this page.  This account is owned by the individual, not the company.  
  2. Once their UNLTD account is created, he/she can register for an event from with their account dashboard. 
  3. Choose your company from the list of companies in our brand database. If your company is not listed in our brand database, please contact us to be added to our list.  Once added, they can then proceed with registering for an event.
  4. Complete the form, click Submit and get back to Netflix.

Exhibitor Schedule

  • All exhibitors must provide a certificate of commercial general liability insurance, naming “The CA 300 Race Corp” as Additionally Insured.
  • It must include commercial auto liability coverage on this certificate if you’ll be parking a vehicle on the event Premises such as a semi truck or trailer.
  • It must also include workers compensation insurance if you have any employees working at the event.

Commercial general liability coverage:

Of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Must be primary and noncontributory, with a waiver of subrogation in favor of the certificate holder.

Commercial Auto:

No less than a $1,000,000 combined single limit.

Workers Compensation Insurance:

Statutory limits of $1,000,000

Thank you for registering as an Exhibitor/Seller for the California 300 Off-Road Race and Festival! We’re looking forward to a great year of exhibiting, selling & activations at this event! Please take a moment to review the following Rules and Regulations. If you have any questions please email Jimi Switzer, (jimi@madmedia.com) or Brandon Friese (brandon@outlierpro.com) Jimi and Brandon will be your primary points of contact for placement, load in/out, and info/questions during the event.

More information regarding load in/out schedule and placement will be available as we get closer to the event. Please remember we are guests of the City of Barstow, and the event space property owners. Help us by keeping your area clean, being friendly to the locals and local businesses, and promoting off-road racing to local Barstow residents. Also please remember that if you are selling anything you are responsible for collecting and reporting your income to the State of California and paying the appropriate taxes. The California 300 is not responsible for any taxation collection or payments.

By purchasing a CA 300 Exhibitor/Seller space offered by The CA 300, you and your company and staff (“Seller”) agree to comply with all of the Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”) as defined below, as well as all federal, state, and local laws. The CA 300 reserves the right to reject or refuse any Exhibitor/Seller application for any reason, and to revise or amend these Rules at any time without prior notification.

As used in these Rules: “the Event” shall mean The CA 300 Off-Road Festival AND The CA 300 Start/Finish Line area in Barstow CA, which includes the scheduled Exhibitor /Seller Load-In, event operations days, and includes post-race with Load-out; “the Premises” shall mean the entire CA 300 Festival and Race area in Barstow California, OR any other official festival space and the dedicated exhibitor/seller areas during the event designated by The CA 300 for the exhibition, sale or exchange of merchandise; & “Staff” shall mean & include without limitation Exhibitor/Seller’s volunteers, assistants and/or employees, whether paid or not.

All exhibitors, vendors and sellers hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The CA 300 Race Corp, Mad Media, Terranaut Media Group, The City of Barstow, The County of San Bernardino, and its agents, directors, officers, and employees, from and against any and all claims of third parties, arising out of, or in any way connected with their use of the provided exhibition space including damages for bodily injury, death or personal injury, theft or property damage, arising in the course of Exhibitors use of the Premises.

Exhibitor/Seller assumes all risk of damage to property or injury to persons in or about the Premises arising from any cause, and Exhibitor/Seller hereby waives all claims in respect thereof against The CA 300 and its agents, directors, officers, employees, and event sponsors.

  1. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in termination of your selling privileges and you may be denied access to OR asked to leave the Premises without a refund (in whole or part). If any of the rules or regulations listed here are deemed invalid due to local, state or federal law, the remainder of the Rules shall in no way be affected.
  2. Exhibitor/Seller acknowledges that as a condition of entering the CA 300 Event, information regarding Exhibitor/Seller’s name, address, telephone number, driver’s license, and business name and address will be considered public and available for dissemination at The CA 300’s sole discretion.
  3. All sellers must collect and pay the appropriate California sales taxes.
  4. Your Exhibitor/Seller space may not be sold or transferred to another company or person.
  5. You may not sublet, lease, rent, or allow another company or Exhibitor/Seller to utilize your designated Exhibitor space. No exceptions.
  6. The CA 300 Off-Road Festival is booked on a first-come first-served basis. We try our best to fulfill all requests, but we cannot guarantee exact placement.
  7. Payment must be made in full, using our online payment system. All CA 300 Exhibitor/Seller Event applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor/seller application for any reason. If we deny your application we will refund your payments in 7-10 business days.
  8. If your footprint requirements change after you book with us please contact us right away to update your layout. Increasing your footprint may result in additional charges. Changes to your layout, resulting in a larger footprint, are not generally permitted the day of the event.
  9. For refunds or cancellation please see our Vendor/Exhibitor Refund Policy HERE. Please note, The CA 300 does not issue cash refunds, rain checks, credits, wire transfers, coupons, or refunds of any kind during the Event.
  10. Exhibitors are required to check-in with CA 300 staff and load-in at their scheduled times. Failure to show up at the correct time & location may result in the loss of your Exhibitor/Seller spot.
  11. Regardless of your assigned space, Exhibitors/Sellers must not block fire hydrants, the flow of pedestrians on sidewalks, wheelchair access to cross the streets and/or use of handicapped ramps.
  12. Exhibitors/Sellers are prohibited from distributing or selling prepared food, alcoholic beverages, fireworks, firearms, weapons of any kind, materials of adult nature, marijuana, tobacco, vape juice or vape pens, or any items prohibited by state and local law.
  13. All Exhibitors and Sellers must have a working fire extinguisher in their booth space at all times, regardless of whether you are using electrical power, or other combustible products.
  14. Open fires are not permitted. No BBQ’s – gas or charcoal – no propane heaters, no open flames.
  15. Exhibitors/Sellers are permitted to use portable generator power 3k and less, provided they have a “quiet mode” and do not expel excess fumes. Semi trucks w/ onboard generator power are permitted.
  16. Forklift services are available for $500.00 per hour. 2 hour min fee. Contact Brandon Friese.
  17. Exhibitors/Sellers are responsible for keeping their area clean from trash during the Event and leaving the Premises clean prior to load-out. There are three 40-yard dumpsters available for trash deposit. Exhibitors/Sellers that leave trash behind will be charged a $500 cleanup fee.
  18. The CA 300 Off-Road Festival Code of Conduct. Exhibitors/Sellers shall at all times dress, act, display, and engage with the public and other Exhibitors/Sellers in a professional manner. Any Exhibitor/Seller that uses lewd, or offensive language, threatens physical violence, accosts or harasses the public or other Exhibitors/Sellers, or is drunk and/or disorderly shall be removed from the Event and Premises.
  19. Do not begin to move-in your display vehicles and booths until specifically approved by CA 300 staff.
  20. Load-out begins Sunday, at Noon and ends at 10pm. No exceptions! Do not begin to move your display vehicles out of the event space until specifically approved by CA 300 staff. Please remove all of your structures, vehicles and trash. Do NOT leave boxes behind – a $500 will be charged.
  21. Vending at the CA 300 Off Road Festival does not include “Official CA 300 Sponsor” or “Official CA 300 Partner” designation. Contact us directly if you wish to be an official sponsor or partner.
  22. “The CA 300™” is a registered trademark of The CA 300 Inc. You are welcome to use our logo to promote your attendance and booth location at the Event on social media and in print. However please contact us PRIOR to using our logo on anything promotional or that is for sale. Use of the CA 300 name or logo without a proper license is strictly forbidden.
  23. In an effort to protect Official CA 300 licensed clothing, Exhibitors/Sellers are prohibited from selling t-shirts or sweatshirts for less than $25.00.
  24. Please leave your pets at home unless they are service or guide animals.
